A collaboration between Iceland-born chef Agnar Sverrisson and sommelier Xavier Rousset, 28°-50° is a wine workshop and kitchen concept named after the grape-growing latitudes that pioneered the concept of offering rare and especially fine wines by the glass and the carafe. And the industrial-style decor was chosen with as much care as the wine list, with Havwoods’ oak chevron blocks on the floor and walls warmed with solid pine planks reclaimed from old North American barns.
