In the heart of one of London’s most beautiful areas, the Dulwich village project is a maisonette within a grade 2 listed property which has been brought back to life following a recent renovation.

Burgess Architects approached the project with their renowned creativity and critical process, commissioning flooring solutions from Havwoods to elevate the open plan living space.

Pallido Select 70mm Block by Havwoods was chosen for its warm, earthy tones and natural looking texture, as well as its ease of maintenance.

In addition to creating the illusion of space as it flows between the kitchen and living space, it also pairs perfectly with the wooden shelving unit and monochromatic colour scheme of the kitchen for a true Scandi interior scheme.

The wooden border of the flooring follows the skirting, neatly finishing the room and tying the design carefully together.
