When this new development needed an aesthetic yet practical decking solution for its exterior, Havwoods was selected to provide a visually appealing solution that would allow safe and easy access to the outdoors all year round.
All residents have access to the comfortable owners’ lounge, or they can head outside to explore the landscaped terrace with friends; therefore, the exterior needed to be fit for purpose.
Vulcan Grooved from Trekker was chosen for this project. One of the benefits to composite decking is that it does not warp or rot and requires very little maintenance. A safe choice for residents, the striking grey decking has inherent anti-slip properties; ideal for an outdoor space that guests will use all year round.
