Partner Kate Jackson was responsible for managing the design and fit out, choosing our highly textured RECM3150 Lanark to echo the rustic exposed brickwork and gabion baskets of pebbles, whilst on-trend copper furniture and exposed lighting provide a contemporary twist.
The Jennings building is a listed warehouse enjoying an enviable position overlooking Porthcawl harbour and beyond it out to sea. A recent sympathetic regeneration has given this old building new life as a mixed use development, with its prime location offering obvious opportunities for local hospitality businesses.
One of these is the Harbour Bar and Kitchen developed by Booth Group Leisure.
