Situated in a secluded setting in the famed Eden Valley between the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks, is the Holesfoot Estates project. Sitting centrally within 20 acres of its own grounds, the property is the perfect holiday and wedding destination thanks to its stunning location.
The brief for this renovation was to convert the loft space into a classic contemporary interior using Havwoods’ stunning Henley Coffee timber. It was important for there to be a definitive transition as guests enter the top floor of the property, to create a talking point for those staying in the guest rooms. A vital element and feature of the project, the Henley flooring was chosen in particular for its hardwearing properties.
