Havwoods helped outfit the flooring for a brand-new four-story building that offers future buyers clean, crisp luxury mixed with culture and city life. This ten-unit Monroe Condominium is located in Northern Brooklyn and has studios, one and two bedroom condos.
The building is equal parts beautiful and efficient. They outside is a contemporary twist on the local Brownstone architecture. Inside, the units each have additional insulation for better individual temperature control and also as sound barriers.
