The first Pure snack and coffee shop opened in 2009. But as Londoners' increasingly embraced their ethos of using only organic and seasonal ingredients to prepare food made fresh on the premises every day, the company was included in The Sunday Times Fast Track 100 in both 2015 and 2016. As of January 2019, it now boasts 18 shops, mainly in the City and Soho. Interior design is as fresh and clean as their food, with our herringbone on the floor and reclaimed oak used to make features out of walls, counters and tabletops.
