This contemporary block of student accommodation in the city of Leeds features a bustling social hub where students can embrace student life. With a dance studio, gym and games area on site, the Vita Student communal space is the perfect place to study and socialise.
The brief was to create a relaxing space where students could unwind - no matter the time of day – that would enhance the university experience and remain in keeping with the modern design scheme.
Installed in both the basement and ground floor of the student block, Havwoods’ Henley in Marle Rustic, and Eurus Rustic from the Vertical collection were specified to create an interior with a timeless feel.
The combination of engineered oak boards and reclaimed planks, results in a rustic aesthetic, complete with inherent knots and cracks that add interest and texture to the space.
Selected for their durability, the high-quality boards can easily cope with regular student turnaround with very little maintenance; positioning Havwoods wood flooring as an ideal solution for a busy student hub.
