1 Finsbury Avenue is a Grade II listed building constructed in the early 1980s. As the first building in the Broadgate development, this stunning listed building was instrumental in setting the standards for office typology throughout London.

Designed by Stirling Prize-winning architects AHMM and property development company British Land, 1 Finsbury Avenue combines business and pleasure to create a unique and contemporary space, complete with colourful interiors and vivid pattern.

Brought to life by artist Morgan Myerscough, the atrium of this industrial-inspired interior provides an eye-catching focal point. Also home to the Butterscotch Bakery, the vibrant space required an intelligent wood floor solution that could withstand heavy traffic and complement the lively aesthetic.

Havwoods was selected to provide a wooden surface solution that would not only look good but would stand the test of time. Marle Rustic from the Henley collection was chosen for this project, the engineered oak boards offer a continuous flow, whilst the pre-finished texture adds character and depth.

A durable choice for an area exposed to heavy footfall, the planks benefit from anti-slip properties to deliver a faultless floor covering to this modern office space.
