This waterfront classic home is the fourth project that the Todd Michael Glaser team has entrusted Havwoods International to deliver quality and beauty. Havwoods helped the team think outside the box with hardwood flooring planks that offer durability, sustainability and a contemporary appearance.
Upon entering the grand home, Havwoods' Relevance50 Herringbone Character Grade planks greet guests, introducing a warm feeling of home and comfort with its smoked oak coloring. Wanting to keep the flow of deep browns, Relevance50 is used throughout the whole home, top to bottom (floor and ceiling!)
Moving through the space to the kitchen, guests' eyes are immediately drawn to the 12-foot ceilings, fitted with a custom coffer design made featuring Relevance50. The dwelling's den acts as a homebase, boasting dark mohair velvet furnishings, glass and wood-detailed doorways, which allow guests to easily move between the east and west wings. The design team also found it simple to work with complementary millwork and stone to create excitement throughout the space.
