Located on the top floor of one of Philadelphia’s historic Art Deco buildings, BOND Station House brings contemporary co-working into a characterful architectural setting. Across the 22,000-square-foot interior, Holme (HW2069LF) creates a light and natural foundation, complementing the 25-foot-high ceilings, wraparound terraces and abundance of natural light.

Holme sits within Havwoods’ Blonde color group, bringing soft, natural oak tones to the expansive workspace. The lighter palette helps emphasize the scale and brightness of the interior while providing a warm backdrop for BOND’s combination of luxurious finishes, relaxed furnishings and custom-built communal spaces.
Classic grade character
Specified in a Classic grade, Holme balances a refined appearance with the natural variation and character of European Oak. Its plank format creates a sense of flow between lounges, meeting areas and shared spaces, allowing the flooring to provide visual continuity while complementing the mix of historic architecture and contemporary design.

Part of the PurePlank Collection, Holme combines the appearance of European Oak with an engineered construction designed to provide stability and practicality. Its click-system installation also makes it particularly suited to expansive commercial projects such as BOND Station House. Holme (HW2069LF) is made using FSC® Certified Timber (FSC-C009500), adding responsibly sourced timber to this thoughtfully reimagined workspace.
