Havwoods’ Portland (BPFH13/1612/70) flooring, installed in a classic herringbone pattern, plays a central role in shaping the space, with its textured, rustic grade and deep auburn tones creating a warm, intimate, and authentic atmosphere. The result is a refined yet inviting dining environment that transports guests from the Las Vegas Strip to the charm of Paris.

At Brasserie B Parisian Steakhouse, celebrity chef Bobby Flay brings the spirit of a classic French brasserie to the heart of Las Vegas. Located within Caesars Palace, the restaurant channels the elegance of 1930s and 1940s Paris, blending timeless design with a contemporary dining experience. Curated by Olivia Jane Design, the interiors are rich with Art Deco influence, creating a setting that feels both transportive and refined.
Designing Atmosphere Through Materiality
A key element in achieving this atmosphere is the flooring. We supplied Portland (BPFH13/1612/70), installed in a traditional herringbone pattern throughout the restaurant. This classic layout reinforces the Parisian aesthetic while adding rhythm and movement to the space.
Warmth, Texture, and Character
Portland is a textured, rustic grade wood with rich auburn tones that bring depth and character to the interior. Its natural variation reflects the charm of aged timber floors found in historic brasseries, adding authenticity to the design.
