Global investment & property firm CBRE have offices located nationwide in the UK and recently acquired new premises on the 10th floor of One St Peters Square, Manchester – right in the heart of the rapidly developing city.
TP Bennett have been around for almost 100 years, an architecture firm based in Manchester and London but renowned worldwide with many landmark buildings to their name. CBRE required a workspace with cutting edge design, a first-class experience for staff and clients alike that reflected the stature, intelligence and professionalism of the company.
Turning to local Victorian architecture for inspiration, TP Bennett subtly incorporated decorative and geometric themes utilising honest and high-quality materials to achieve the classic and timeless feel required. The most appropriate floor type was large Versailles panels from our Design Collection, a classic French design of intricate detail creating a stunning, grand appearance with the contemporary twist of an extra white oiled finish and a wide plank border to separate from other floor types.
