The new Fred Rogers Productions office takes inspiration from the organization’s much-loved programming, creating a light-filled workplace with the welcoming character of a neighborhood. Havwoods’ Calvaire (HW2206) was selected to introduce the natural warmth of European Oak into key areas, including the entry, waiting space and double-height Forum.
A warm welcome in Honey Oak
The warmth of the Honey Color group
Part of Havwoods’ Honey color group, Calvaire brings rich, inviting oak tones to the interior. Its warm palette complements the playful yet considered design scheme, providing an authentic timber surface underfoot and helping create the comfortable, approachable atmosphere envisioned for the workplace.

Rustic character, creative pattern
Calvaire’s Rustic grade celebrates the natural features and variation of the timber, bringing additional texture and personality to the space. Within the circular Forum, the planks were installed in a distinctive star formation. This creative approach emphasizes the shape of the rotunda, draws visitors into the space and transforms the flooring into a memorable design feature.
