From The Beginning 

From the earliest design stages, Accanto Interiors sought to express Grilandia’s brand through material honesty, softness, and a sense of calm. The specification of Havwoods’ Brienne PurePanel and White Oak Ondato M20 Sheet provided the project with both visual integrity and performance reliability. These products became integral to defining the interior's narrative. 

The PurePanel in Brienne, FSC-certified and pre-finished, offered low-waste efficiency while visually supporting the tonal palette of muted stone and organic textiles. Similarly, the Ondato M20 Sheet from the Elegante collection introduced subtle sophistication to the design, helping unify the entire space through consistent detailing. 

Language of Tactility 

Central to the concept of Grilandia was the idea of sensory connection. The fluted vertical wall elements, clad in Brienne PurePanel, work not only as architectural features but also as tactile experiences that anchor the guest within the space. 

Their soft oak tone complements other natural materials, including woven fabrics, travertine-effect stone, and handmade ceramics. Each surface invites touch and visual attention without overwhelming the serenity of the restaurant’s purpose, making the dining experience one of subtle engagement and calm.
