Tucked away on Park Avenue in New York City, Hotel Park Avenue represents a reimagining of modern hospitality by Jacu Strauss, Creative Director of The Lore Group. Known for his ability to infuse warmth, character, and a sense of place into each of his projects, Strauss approached this boutique hotel with a vision of creating interiors that feel both cosmopolitan and inviting.
Light, Inviting, and Intentionally Crafted
To bring his vision to life, Strauss selected Havwoods’ blonde-toned Plano planks from the Venture Plank collection. The radiant blonde flooring infuses each room with a sense of calm and clarity, enhancing natural light and creating interiors that feel open and inviting. The subtle blonde hue works seamlessly with the hotel’s design palette, allowing furnishings, textures, and artwork to shine against a timeless backdrop.
