Detailed planning is crucial. Especially when the design project involves the redevelopment of 3 separate residential apartment blocks into a single consolidated building consisting of 28 luxury residential apartments and 4 commercial lots.

What seemed like a strenuous endeavor was approached with dynamism and excitement by Innovate Architects and Plus Architecture Interiors; the design brief was to provide a high-quality, high-end boutique offering to the Cronulla market.
And provide they did.
The upscale apartments are a mixture of 2 and 3 bedrooms, all consisting of bespoke design finishes that contribute to a neutral color palette, providing a sense of openness and relaxation. Among these premium choices, Innovate Architects and Plus Architecture Interiors opted for Tours, from our PurePlank collection. “The combination of criteria led to the selection of Havwoods. The quality and excellence of the apartments aligned with the Havwoods product design, reliability and color range,” says Maureece, Development Manager.
We also see resplendent Turkish natural stone on the floor and walls of the bathroom and laundry; Caesarstone bench tops and backsplash that imbue the kitchen, laundry and bathroom with elegance; custom joinery in a combination of veneer and polyurethane finishes; top-of-the-range Miele appliances; and Astra Walker fixtures and fittings are seen throughout.
