Bringing the sophistication of a Parisian brasserie to Atlanta, Georgia, Sargent is a beautifully considered dining destination designed by Digs Architecture & Design. Combining art-inspired interiors with rich natural materials, the restaurant offers a refined yet welcoming atmosphere, where classic European elegance meets contemporary hospitality design. 

At the heart of the interior scheme is Notte Chevron (HW16602P), a rich cocoa-toned wood flooring from our Italian Collection. Its striking geometric pattern and deep, warm tones create a sophisticated foundation for the restaurant's distinctive design. 

A Parisian brasserie with an artistic twist

Inspired by the glamour of traditional Parisian brasseries, Sargent brings together an expressive combination of textures, colors, and architectural details to create a dining experience that feels both intimate and cosmopolitan. 

Dark wood detailing, elegant globe lighting, and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows establish a polished atmosphere, while deep green upholstered seating, curved architectural features, and softly textured walls introduce warmth and character. 

Artistic touches are woven throughout the space, from delicate floral illustrations to richly colored murals and carefully curated decorative pieces. The combination of classic detailing and contemporary finishes creates an inviting setting that balances relaxed neighborhood dining with understated luxury. 

Rich cocoa tones and striking chevron flooring 

A defining feature of the restaurant's interior is Notte Chevron HW16602P, a standout product from our popular Italian Collection. 

Part of our Cocoa color group, Notte features deep, luxurious brown tones that complement the restaurant's layered material palette. Its distinctive chevron pattern introduces movement and visual interest across the dining areas, drawing the eye through the space while adding depth to the overall design. 

The cocoa flooring works beautifully to create a space that feels sophisticated, wealthy, and sumptuous.
