Designers Gordon-Duff and Linton decided to use our Venture Plank Relevance50 here, choosing the character grade plank throughout the lower levels and prime grade Relevance50 in the penthouses.
The Maple Building is a Linton Group renovation development of a landmark, 80,000 square foot redbrick former factory in Kentish Town. Now entirely reconfigured and with two new floors added, it provides 50 luxury flats and seven prime penthouse apartments with views across London.
Designers Gordon-Duff and Linton are long-time fans of our Venture Plank Relevance50 and decided to use it here too, choosing the character grade plank throughout the lower levels and prime grade Relevance50 in the penthouses.
