Located in the heart of London’s Tech City is the White Collar Factory. Part of a major redevelopment of a sought-after corner site in Old Street, the stunning 16-storey space is home to a range of low-rise campus buildings containing offices, retail units, residential spaces and a new public square.
Havwoods was selected to provide a comprehensive flooring solution for this on-trend, modern space. Creating a seamless flow between adjoining spaces, the ground floor coffee bar, lobby and connecting corridors all benefit from a high-quality Havwoods wood floor.
Henley in Grove was specified for this project; a character grade board made from European Oak that has a light, rustic appeal. Characterised by a textured surface, the engineered planks add interest and depth whilst complementing the exposed concrete and industrial elements of this innovative building.
A worthy addition to Tech City, The White Collar Factory has an aesthetic interior complete with a high-quality wood floor solution to match its stylish central location.
