Conceptualized and executed by the Palisociety in-house design team, the 44-room boutique hotel blends European residential elegance with the glamour and romance of Old Hollywood, creating an atmosphere that feels both intimate and effortlessly curated.  Throughout the property, every design choice contributes to the illusion of a sophisticated Parisian pied-à-terre.  

As you step aboard a Martini Luxury Houseboat, you are welcomed into an atmosphere of refined elgance and attention to detail. For this stunning project, our Portland Versailles panels were chosen to enhance the beautiful interior, instilling the space with rustic warmth of character.
