Located in the prestigious suburb of Sydney's Double Bay, the owners of this 90s apartment desired an updated design to deliver a balance between the demands of family life and the creation of an rich and immersive experience, resembling that of a design-centric hotel. Studio Prineas answered the brief with a stunning palette of rich and bold textures and colour choices.

Their fit-outs require durable materials to suit high footfall traffic, that would also deliver a sophisticated, premium workspaces with comfort and character. The design journey of a luxury hotel renovation encompasses both the tangible and intangible - the aesthetic that one can see as well as the initial feeling that is created when guests first walk through the doors.
