Havwoods was selected to provide the flooring throughout the entrance and concierge space, offering wood that combines sleek, clean lines with timeless elegance.
The Blaine 180mm 1-Strip flooring from the Pureplank Collection was chosen for its smooth and seamless finish, enhancing the apartments’ sleek and contemporary aesthetic. The light, natural honey tone of the flooring creates an inviting and harmonious foundation, making the space feel both approachable and refined. Crafted with a 3-Layered Engineered construction, the flooring is designed to be hardwearing and ideal for high-traffic areas, resisting scratches, dents, and wear over time.
BP5493C2.5 was also used balancing sophistication and comfort, the warm tones of the flooring beautifully complement the marble bar and muted décor. Additional wooden elements, such as the doors and letterbox panelling, have been carefully selected to ensure a cohesive design. Together, the clean lines and wooden finishes evoke a sense of understated luxury throughout the space.
