Havwoods is proud to have been shortlisted as a finalist for the Customer Service Award for Red Rose Awards, the largest regional business awards event in the UK. This is a great honour to our business which have been dealing with unprecedented global challenges whilst maintaining our exceptional levels of customer service for our clients: in person at events, showrooms, and virtually through the latest technology and of course over the phone.
Our Customer Service is built on trust and respect. We are proud to say that our commitment to a high-quality customer journey is present across the business in every department. We are also constantly finding new ways to make our customers' Havwoods Experience, and their journey with us, as smooth, inspiring, and memorable as possible. We measure where our customers come from and very often they come from a positive customer recommendation. This is a huge credit to the business and something we are very proud of!
