Located in the vibrant city of Hoboken, just across the Hudson River from Manhattan, this new brownstone build is a spectacular addition to the area’s architectural landscape. Working alongside specialist boutique homebuilders, Redbridge, Brian Garcia and Marisa Drogin of D&G Interiors were appointed to transform the apartments into contemporary and desirable homes.
The development is characterised by high-end finishes and distinctive architectural detailing throughout, with light streaming in through an expanse of full-height glazing. Having worked with Havwoods on a number of previous projects, D&G Interiors was confident in the knowledge that we could supply the perfect wood flooring to fit their brief. On-trend herringbone was the chosen style, complemented alongside a wide-banding plank border. The warming tones and natural grain patterning of our Fresco engineered oak provided the depth and texture that was required of the scheme.
