A modern residential hub shaped by natural Georgia landscapes and warm, organic materials. Located in Brookhaven, Georgia, the AMLI Brookhaven complex draws its design inspiration from the diverse ecosystems of the region, with special emphasis on the tones and textures of the Piedmont forest. Across the lobby, coworking spaces, lounges, and communal kitchen, the interior palette brings together greens, browns, creams, and soft natural finishes to create an atmosphere that is both calming and contemporary.
Havwoods products play a key role in defining these spaces, adding layers of tone, warmth, and architectural interest.
The communal kitchen area features black toned Grande planks from the Italian Collection, which introduce a bold visual foundation that anchors the larger social zone. Set beneath a dramatic dark feature wall, these planks help ground the palette while allowing the surrounding green tile and natural furnishings to stand out with clarity.
Throughout the coworking seating areas, Walnut HW31020 from the PurePanel range wraps the booth surrounds with a warm and tactile presence. The walnut tone enhances the vertical lines of the design and gives each booth a tailored, furniture grade finish that supports the nature driven concept.
In the desk zones, honey toned Pallido HW16604 from the Italian Collection appears in a chevron pattern, creating striking geometric flooring moments that define transitions within the open plan layout. Its soft tone and rhythmic pattern work harmoniously with the greens and earthy neutrals used throughout, reinforcing a visual flow that feels connected and serene.
Together, these materials elevate the shared experience at AMLI Brookhaven. Each touchpoint feels intentional, warm, and aligned with the landscape driven design narrative. The result is a contemporary residential environment that offers residents a grounded, welcoming place to gather, work, and relax.
