As part of the Boston Harbor Hotel’s recent renovation, Havwoods supplied Neutro from our Italian Collection to elevate the communal lounge space adjoining the hotel’s renowned Dark Bar.
The design called for a flooring solution that could bridge style and elegance, setting the tone for a space where guests relax, gather, and transition between settings. Installed in a classic chevron pattern, Neutro’s warm honey tones provide both richness and balance, grounding the light furnishings while complementing the room’s sophisticated architectural detailing.
The subtle geometry of the chevron flooring brings movement and rhythm to the space, guiding the eye through the lounge and enhancing the sense of flow. Against the backdrop of soft neutral upholstery, heritage map artwork, and golden lighting fixtures, the flooring plays a central role in creating a welcoming yet polished atmosphere.
This project is a strong example of how our Italian Collection delivers not only beauty but also versatility, helping designers achieve a timeless aesthetic perfectly suited to prestigious hospitality settings.
