The Hauses at Arthaus offer a refined expression of contemporary residential design in the center of Philadelphia. Created by KPF, the interiors are defined by expansive windows, dramatic ceiling heights, and an abundance of natural light. With a clean and modern architectural language, the residences were designed to feel open, bright, and effortlessly sophisticated.
To complement this vision, the design team selected Fendi (HW3909) from the Havwoods Venture Plank collection. Fendi is a prime grade plank in a smoky grey tone that brings balance and depth to the light filled interiors. Its smooth finish and elegant grain structure introduce a quiet sense of luxury while maintaining the calm, minimalist palette of the space.
The Venture Plank collection is known for high performance engineering and a wide range of contemporary shades. In the Hauses at Arthaus, Fendi provides a stable and refined foundation that supports the architectural clarity of the project and elevates each interior setting.
