Featuring Havwoods’ Bronzo from the Italian Collection, the warm auburn chevron flooring adds depth, character, and sustainable luxury to this elevated space.
A Refined Dining Experience at the Gateway to the West
On the heels of two successfully completed Ramsay’s Kitchen restaurants, Ramsay’s Kitchen St. Louis marks the next evolution of Gordon Ramsay’s acclaimed dining concept. Located within the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis, at the heart of the city’s vibrant downtown entertainment district, this latest addition showcases a masterful blend of craftsmanship, local inspiration, and elevated hospitality.
Spanning over 3,000 square feet of interior renovation, the restaurant reimagines the space into a modern, elegant destination featuring indoor and outdoor dining, a cocktail lounge, and a bar, each area designed to create an atmosphere of relaxed sophistication.
Design Rooted in Nature and Place
The interior design draws inspiration from St. Louis’ natural surroundings, with wood panelling and ceiling beams that echo the tones and textures of the Mississippi and Missouri Rivers. These design elements also pay homage to the iconic McBaine Burr Oak Tree, the oldest and most storied tree in the state, symbolizing strength, endurance, and timeless beauty.
A Foundation of Warmth and Craftsmanship
At the core of the design, Havwoods’ Bronzo HW16606 in a chevron pattern grounds the space with its rich auburn tone and meticulous detailing. Part of the Havwoods Italian
Collection, Bronzo was supplied through Country Side Carpets & Interiors and chosen for its ability to harmonize with the restaurant’s warm palette and architectural rhythm.
Crafted from FSC® Certified Timber (FSC-C009500), Bronzo embodies both luxury and sustainability, delivering a durable, responsibly sourced surface that enhances the continuity between the bar, lounge, and dining areas.
From daylight’s natural glow to the ambient warmth of evening, Ramsay’s Kitchen St. Louis celebrates refined design and exceptional craftsmanship, brought to life with Havwoods flooring at its foundation.
