At Solis Peachtree Corners in Georgia, elevated apartment living is expressed through thoughtful design, warm materiality, and carefully curated communal spaces. The project features a modern, refined rustic interior design scheme that blends urban sophistication with natural, calming elements. Developed by Cooper Carry, the design emphasizes bringing the outdoors in using aged stones, patina metals, and botanical, soothing textures. Designed to foster connection and comfort, the shared amenity areas balance hospitality inspired aesthetics with the durability required for everyday residential life.
The flooring foundation
Havwoods Venture Plank Collection was selected to bring cohesion and refinement throughout the development’s communal interiors. Blanco prime grade plank (HW3814) and Blanco prime grade chevron (HW3436), both in a sophisticated platinum tone, were specified to enhance the light filled spaces while delivering long term performance.
A refined space for community living
The communal spaces at Solis Peachtree Corners were designed to feel both welcoming and elevated. Soft green architectural detailing, rich walnut accents, and layered lighting create a warm, contemporary environment. The choice of Blanco in a platinum tone provides a calm and versatile foundation that complements the natural palette while enhancing the sense of openness.
High performance in high traffic spaces
Part of the Venture Plank Collection, Blanco engineered hardwood flooring offers the durability and stability required for busy communal settings. Designed for high performance, the collection combines the beauty of real wood with engineered construction that withstands daily wear in co working areas, lounges, and transitional spaces.
Blanco prime grade plank (HW3814) was installed throughout the co working space, creating a seamless and professional atmosphere. The wide planks reinforce the contemporary aesthetic while maintaining a warm, residential feel.
In the post room, Blanco prime grade chevron (HW3436) introduces subtle pattern and movement. The chevron layout elevates this functional space, transforming it into a considered design moment that reflects the overall sophistication of the development.
