A cosy gathering place where classic elegance meets contemporary flavor.
Nestled within the historic Beacon Grand Hotel, The Post Room is an all-day dining destination that captures the spirit of a bygone era while embracing modern sophistication. This reimagined space channels gilded-era opulence with a fresh, contemporary sensibility, offering guests a lounge, bar, and restaurant experience filled with the warmth and wonder of a postcard from an old friend.
To complement this setting, we supplied Lucerne (HW2046) from our PurePlank Collection, a brunette-toned European oak in an elegant herringbone pattern. The wood’s deep, natural hue and intricate grain create a beautiful contrast with the blue-gray panelled walls, brass detailing, and soft golden upholstery, establishing a foundation that feels both warm and luxurious.
Beyond its aesthetic appeal, PurePlank is FSC® certified (FSC-C009500), ensuring that The Post Room’s design aligns with the hotel’s sustainability goals and commitment to responsible sourcing.
The result is a space where heritage craftsmanship, culinary artistry, and design innovation meet, an inviting haven that embodies the grandeur of San Francisco’s history and the freshness of modern hospitality.
