Architects sharpen drawing skills at workshop with Havwoods

On February 20th, Havwoods' New York showroom hosted an evening architectural drawing workshop for over 20 architects. The workshop taught both seasoned sketch artist and amateurs different architectural drawing techniques through a series of fun informal exercises led by architectural illustrator, Phillip Buckingham.
Philip's drawing classes are extremely popular and after a very successful event with him in our London showrooms, we're just as much for the wood flooring showroom in New York City.
With Prosecco in hand, workshop guests practiced different line weights, textures, texts and shadows in different perspective and room settings. Drawers even explored our engineered wood floor products and chose their favorites to include in the sketches.
