Set within two residential towers that opened in 2024, the co-working and amenity spaces were designed by Michaelis Boyd to support focus, movement, and connection in equal measure.  Havwoods was selected to supply flooring that would complement the architectural vision while meeting the demands of a high traffic commercial environment. Located in the historic Mills & Grubb Building, the Rockrose workspace on the fourth floor of 300 Park Avenue South brings a refined, modern sensibility to a New York classic. Originally constructed in 1910, the 15 story building spans approximately 200,000 square feet and balances its architectural heritage with contemporary workplace needs. 

Situated at one of Manhattan’s most dynamic crossroads, W New York Union Square captures the energy of the city while offering guests a refined, immersive retreat. Redesigned by the Rockwell Group, the hotel blends modern luxury with the historic character of its Beaux-Arts setting, creating suites that feel both vibrant and grounded.
