A Concept Rooted in “24”    Located on 24th Street in Manhattan, Motto by Hilton New York City Chelsea draws its identity from a single, unifying idea. Designed by Stonehill Taylor, the hotel’s interior concept is centered around the number “24,” expressed through three distinct yet interconnected pillars.  “24 hours” introduces a dynamic contrast between light and dark, grounded in rich midnight blues. “24ism” brings in the warmth and sophistication of 24-karat gold and chromium finishes. “24-bit color” delivers bold, vibrant moments through jewel-toned accents that energize both guest rooms and shared spaces.  Together, these elements create a layered, immersive environment that feels both contemporary and playful, while remaining rooted in thoughtful materiality. 

Located on 24th Street, The Chelsea Apartments building is a boutique-style residence, providing beautiful contemporary apartments and hotel-inspired services in this bustling New York neighborhood.

Havwoods wood flooring was utilized to maintain the original splendor and update this mediterranean estate heralding from the late 1920’s.  A complete renovation to the home along with several additions, the Havwood flooring integrated beautifully into the original architecture and enhanced the newly updated touches.
