UK Marketing Manager
Location: Carnforth Business Park, Oakwood Way, Carnforth, Lancashire LA5 9FD
Terms: Full time hybrid, minimum 3 days a week in the office

Summary: This is a dynamic, creative, and results-driven role focused on delivering premium brand marketing initiatives for a market leader in the UK interior design industry. As UK Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning, creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns, create compelling content and case studies, and manage activities that strengthen Havwoods’ brand presence and support commercial growth across multiple touchpoints.
Working closely with the Head of UK & US Marketing, Global Marketing and Digital Director, and the wider Marketing team, you will ensure all activities are strategically aligned, measurable, and reflect Havwoods’ luxury positioning. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that blends creativity with data-driven decision making, strong stakeholder engagement, and a deep understanding of our customers’ journey from digital channels to in-showroom experiences.

Digital Experience Coordinator

Summary: This is a customer-focused, technically skilled, and detail-oriented role dedicated to delivering a best-in-class online experience for a global leader in the interior design industry. As Digital Experience Coordinator, you will manage the UK and North America websites and support the delivery of digital elements for key marketing campaigns, ensuring all content is accurate, visually engaging, and optimised to deliver exceptional customer journeys, drive lead generation, and reinforce Havwoods’ premium brand positioning
Working closely with the Head of UK & US Marketing, Global Marketing & Digital Director, and the wider Marketing team, you will assist with website optimisation, email campaigns, support the delivery of UX improvements, and implement updates that enhance the customer journey. This is a hands-on, collaborative role that blends technical proficiency with a strong eye for design, requiring excellent attention to detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
