A simple yet effective monochrome palette, architects Workspace Design & Build Manchester have beautifully mastered old and new by combining period features such as original fireplaces and panelling, with industrial elements such as exposed pipework and matt black finishes, to create a truly unique workspace setting.  

Adding natural warmth and texture, Havwoods’ Ferro Herringbone from the Italian Collection was chosen and used throughout the property. From the light filled corridors to the spacious kitchen and offices, the timeless European Oak finish and pattern draw the eye in and create a welcome contrast to the cooler walls. With a multi-layered engineered construction, the boards are the perfect office solution, offering great strength and durability for areas with high foot-traffic that will stand the test of time.
