Located in the heart of London is the iconic 70 St. Mary Axe; the stunning skyscraper epitomises modern design with its subtle curve and unique symmetry. The impressive building required an aesthetic flooring solution that could adapt to different floor configurations, with Havwoods’ Bespoke flooring solution selected to provide the perfect fit.

70 St Mary Axe sits within a thoughtfully landscaped urban space, surrounded by green planting, trees and areas for public use.
The building’s distinctive curved façade and anodised aluminium fins create a striking street presence, while the double-height reception offers a dramatic yet inviting welcome. Every detail inside has been carefully considered, from bespoke hand-woven rugs to art commissioned specifically for the space.
Havwoods’ Bespoke Rustic flooring from the Relik collection was selected to complement this design vision. The flooring was required to adapt seamlessly to multiple layouts, from open plan offices to reception areas, while delivering a consistent material and tonal quality across all spaces.
