Bharti Enterprises' new London headquarters in Mayfair has been designed by The DSGN Studio as a sophisticated workplace that balances privacy, collaboration and flexibility. Bringing together three separate business units within a single floor, the scheme features; Prosecco, American Walnut Costato and TreeAzzo Nougat.
A refined workplace for a global business
Located in the heart of Mayfair, Bharti Enterprises' new London HQ was designed to bring three businesses operating under the same umbrella organisation together within a single workplace.
The DSGN Studio was tasked with creating an environment that felt elegant and timeless without feeling corporate. Using the building's core structure to create natural separation between teams, the design introduces privacy where required while connecting the workplace through a central social hub designed for collaboration, informal meetings and hybrid working.
High-end aesthetic matched with durability
Working closely with our team, The DSGN Studio selected a combination of products that would deliver both the high-end aesthetic the client was seeking and the durability required for a busy commercial environment.
HW16644 Prosecco from our Italian Collection was specified as the primary flooring throughout the reception, Chairman's office, breakout spaces, corridors and client areas. Chosen for its quality, resilience and refined appearance, the flooring creates continuity across the workplace while providing a warm and welcoming foundation.
A rich walnut finish
Complementing the flooring, HW230602T American Walnut W6M20 was used to clad the fluted reception desk and bespoke joinery within the corridors. The rich walnut finish introduces depth and contrast, creating focal points within the scheme.
In the boardroom, TreeAzzo Nougat and Brushed Nougat were selected for the credenza surface, bringing an additional layer of texture and materiality to the space.
Together, the three products create a cohesive palette that balances performance with sophistication, reinforcing the project's elegant and enduring aesthetic.
