Located in the busy city of Leeds and originally constructed in 1937, Clockwise Leeds exudes hints of old character alongside a minimalist and open plan look and feel.
The building retains architectural nods back to the modernist era and has made the most of the high ceilings and natural lighting, whilst incorporating LED lights to keep the space energy efficient.
Havwoods’ Marle boards were specified throughout the project, chosen for their characterful finishes. The flooring has been used across the food court, through the corridors and into the office’s working areas, delivering a truly up to the minute look and feel. The décor has been further enhanced with hints of greenery and statement hanging lights– leaving a relaxed and open workspace, perfect for busy organisations.
