A contemporary interior pairing modern design with traditional features, Four Oaks Road is a recently refurbished family home.
Led by Feather and Stone Design, the team worked with Havwoods to create an eye-catching ceiling for the spacious dining room.
Havwoods’ Wave Rustic 50-130mm 1-Strip Veneer cladding is a striking reclaimed solid cypress pine board finished in a white lacquer. The dining room combines off-white furniture with metallic brass accents, blending the best of classic and modern design.
The cladding complements the scheme perfectly, adding depth and warmth to the room, whilst also emphasising the building’s high ceilings.
Paired with the white lacquered cladding, an elegant white beaded chandelier offsets the rustic nature of the boards with the bohemian design of the light installation. The detail of the cladding also sets the tone for the rest of the downstairs, which the designer has carried through to the rest of the open plan living space.
