Hotel lobbies are traditionally a space designated to arrivals and departures, but Holiday Inns’ open lobby concept provides a flexible environment 24/7.
Hotel lobbies are traditionally a space designated to arrivals and departures, but Holiday Inns’ open lobby concept provides a flexible environment where guests can eat, drink, work, relax and even socialise, with an all-day dining menu on hand as well as a 24/7 snack station, free wi-fi, access to the hotel’s iPads, and even a variety of games.
The first ‘open lobby’, designed by ADS, was launched at Holiday Inn Brentford Lock and underwent intensive market testing before roll out began in ernest in 2013. Often demanding thoughtful design considerations within challenging budgets, Havwoods have now been specified by Aspinall Creative on eight or more open lobby sites, as well as by ADS Design for whom we supplied Relik as cladding in this Holiday Inn in Manchester.
