The beauty of a Havwoods floor is the way that the product wears in and improves over time. We know that we can work with (Havwoods) to get the specific look that we want and that ultimately it will perform to the standard that is expected.
This new-build site benefits from a 10 metre ceiling height, which gave the designers huge voids to play with between the mezzanine and the shop front, and led to the creation of a loft-style environment with an industrial air.
To achieve this the M&E work in the ceiling remains exposed and the structural details of the lift and staircase, both of which have been brought to the forefront of the space, are deliberately over-emphasised.
A stunning, bespoke, chain and headlamp chandelier provides a focal point and the scheme is softened with colourful and characterful furniture and flooring which looks rustic without appearing either fake or aged.
