Positioned only metres from the wild coastline of North Devon is the beautifully converted Lighthouse View. With high ceilings and large windows, the residence boasts stunning views across the water.

The owners created a scheme that would breathe a fresh lease of life into the home, adding a sense of warmth and character in keeping with the existing design. Havwoods was commissioned to provide two styles of flooring to separate the bedroom and living spaces.

Tours Character 180mm 1-Strip was chosen to create flow from the hallway into the kitchen and living room, adding a feeling of further spaciousness. The style of the wide planks coordinates seamlessly with the size of the living areas, from the tall floor-to-ceiling windows to the wide-open views.  

Alsace Rustic 130mm Herringbone was selected for the bedroom, adding a contemporary appeal to accompany the more traditional furnishings.
