Historic brewery transformed into a modern workspace featuring innovative use of Havwoods products.

Heritage Meets Contemporary Design

Reviving a Historic Landmark

When Molson Coors chose to relocate their UK head office, they returned to their roots by redeveloping the historic Bass Brewery Museum in Burton-on-Trent. This iconic site was reimagined into a vibrant, contemporary workplace that honours its rich heritage while aligning with modern design and performance standards.

Seamless Fit-Out

Tasked with the full internal fit-out, Schofield Commercial Interiors Ltd delivered a complex and high-spec project. The team refurbished the existing L-shaped structure, added a dramatic atrium, and connected it all to a newly constructed annex by Clegg Projects.

Havwoods as a Design Statement

In a creative design move, Havwoods flooring products were used to bring warmth and texture to the walls of the main dining area. The HW8108 Camberwell from the Venture Plank range and BPF13/1611/180 Jutland from the Henley collection were installed to form a striking wall feature.

This clever application provides an innovative demonstration of how Havwoods products go beyond the floor.
