Pelham Place, a beautiful period property located in the busy streets of Chelsea, has recently been restored into a functional family home of the highest quality. The design brief was to adapt the grade II listed building to better suit the needs of modern day living whilst preserving its heritage value.
The renovation consisted of alterations to the rear elevation and an extension of the southern closet wing with a new bespoke iron staircase to showcase traditional design. The interior has been further characterised with Havwoods’ beautiful Salvo Prime Dark Oak chevron flooring, with additional green tones to further enhance the elegant feel.
The kitchen and dining area are also surfaced with the Salvo finish with a striking Italian Arabescato marble kitchen countertop and island to complete the overall look.
