The flooring is this hero in this public house, part of a national chain, and it’s a celebration of some of our favourite planks.
Oaks Donnelly, Kinnerton, Boswell, Frensham, Rigden and Morley from our Henley collection are all real artisan boards. Engineered using six layers of European oak, they are entirely hand worked and make amazing use of planing, distressing, bevelling and brushing, natural oils to enhance the colour, grain and knots, and even burning and drilling to achieve quite spectacular effects – use the magic zoom on our website to view their detail clearly.
