Located in the heart of London’s Soho, HL Studio and English Rose Estates transformed Richmond Buildings from a uninspiring office space into a luxury residential development. 

With its central location, space was at a premium; every square inch had to work hard and therefore flexibility, and the ability for areas to multi-function, was key. Consequently, the choice of flooring became integral to creating a sense of spaciousness and flow from room to room. Our Venture Plank Fendi was chosen for its exceptional durability and natural appearance, both key advantages for this apartment project where individual styles and practicalities needed to be considered. 

Visually, the oak tone served to create cohesion with the overall scheme of textured brickwork and contemporary surfaces.
