35 Soho Square is a beautiful period building which forms part of The Boutique Workplace Company's London portfolio. As part of this refurbishment, the reception space was relocated and redesigned featuring beautiful Bronzo Herringbone blocks laid in a dramatic tumbling-dice-inspired pattern across the floor.
Redesign of a stunning period property and reception space
This impressive refurbishment led by Create Interior Design saw the reception area of this period property relocated to the front of the building, so that it had the opportunity to make a real statement and give visitors a fantastic first impression and true ‘wow’ experience.
Part of The Boutique Workplace Company's London portfolio, the redesigned space offered a striking and contemporary reception area with eye-catching furniture pieces, neon lighting and dramatic tumbling-dice-inspired pattern created using Bronzo herringbone blocks across the floor.

Playing with scale and pattern for impactful design
This creative choice of luxury wood flooring allowed the designer to play with the scale of the traditional square pattern 'tumbling dice' parquet. Measuring 70mm wide by 490mm long, the herringbone Bronzo blocks were laid in sets of seven to achieve a bold and dynamic aesthetic across the room.
The rich tones of Bronzo, part of our Auburn colour group worked beautifully within the reception room and perfectly met the brief to 'create a neutral background' to showcase the unique furniture in all its glory, along with accentuating the lighting, artwork and unique joinery pieces.
