The Granville Lofts multi-unit project involved the adaptive reuse of the historic Rugg Building, a former textile industry building in downtown Haverhill, MA. Located 30 miles north of Boston, the space features 14 residential units and ground level retail space while preserving and highlighting the historic character of the building.
The project is widely supported in the community as the next step in the Haverhill Renaissance to revitalize the historic Washington Street corridor.
Canton, from PurePlank, offers a rustic and natural balance to the industrial interior. This light white oak engineered board also compliments the dark brick and steel frame features.
