Boutique Bowling Venue with Industrial Charm
A New Landmark for Leisure
Tucked just off Greenwich High Road, Vintners Lanes is a boutique bowling alley that blends Victorian industrial flair with modern luxury. Developed by the team behind Davy’s Wine Bars, this stylish venue offers more than just bowling, boasting a curated wine list and bar experience that reflects Davy’s renowned hospitality expertise. The project was brought to life by Monza Construction Ltd, appointed as principal contractor.
Interior Designed
The interior scheme, created by DLS Studio (Design LSM), celebrates the character of the building’s original structure. Antique mirror panelling, reclaimed bowling pins, and exposed brick walls all pay homage to the building’s past. Monza Construction executed a full strip-out of the site, installed a new passenger lift, and managed all architectural finishes with a full MEP installation.

Elevated Flooring from Havwoods
Central to the design of Vintners Lanes is the flooring, with HW6082 Burnaby engineered wood flooring from Havwoods featured throughout the space. This high-performance flooring was chosen not only for its durability in a high-traffic environment but also for its warm, natural tone that complements the industrial aesthetic.
